About the process: Conscience dictates that before you sit down to colorize a historical photograph, you must do your homework. This is why every colorization goes through long and in-depth research, and, when possible, is supported by the opinions of experts to make sure that the original colors are faithfully reproduced. When possible, each detail is verified: traced via other visual or written sources. Sometimes, artistic decisions need to be made.

Please be aware that the quality of the final result is directly related to the quality of the original photograph. I work with all the pictures in the original resolution in which they are sent. Depending on the complexity of the photo and the amount of damage, any repair or restoration will be made at no extra cost. Other details will be discussed privately with the client.
